I would highly recommend Arden Courts... I picked this community, because it was in the Joliet area and excellent tour of the facility. From my perspective the staff was very responsive to my loved ones calls and checked on them frequently. Rock Run Place offers a home like setting and cheerful smiles from our professional staff who greet you everyday. Assisted Living and Memory Care levels of care are available on our campus.
The menu is wonderful, and they gave me anything I asked for. The nurses and aides were so nice and helpful. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to do whatever needs to be done.

My mom was there recently and they basically put her in a room and left her. She would go days without her clothes being changed. They would bring her food and put it on the tray but never moved it near her so she could eat.. We had to ask them to give her oxygen, we had to point out to them that one of her arms was turning black. Clearly if they don''t have staff to care for the patients then don''t take them. Extremely disappointed in this place.
